I’m a strategic transformation leader with 13+ years of cross-sector experience delivering complex change across healthcare, NHS estates, supply chain, government contracting, and the social impact sector where governance, financial accountability, and operational precision are critical.

I bridge executive ambition with disciplined programme delivery. I combine MSP® aligned governance with robust evaluation such as Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and Social Return on Investment (SROI), ensuring initiatives are evidence-based, financially justified, and deliver measurable long-term value.

My doctoral research strengthens how leaders use evidence, data and governance to make better decisions and how organisations can prove impact to funders, boards and regulators.
